Helpful expectations for smooth picnic days
These guidelines keep reservations, setup timing, weather planning, and guest experiences clear from booking through event day.
Payment
- Payment is due at reservation to secure your date and time.
- You may pay in full or 50% at reservation and 50% before or during day-of confirmation.
- Payments are transferable to another reservation date but are nonrefundable.
- All picnic credits must be used within 60 days of the initial payment.
- Promotions require full payment at reservation to receive the discount.
Inclement Weather
- Ohio weather can be unpredictable, so rain or unusually cold weather may require rescheduling or moving indoors.
- If rain delays your reservation time, services are discounted by 10%.
Late Arrival & Cancellation
- Guests arriving less than 15 minutes late may have that missed time added to the reservation when possible.
- More than 15 minutes late means no additional time will be provided.
- More than 30 minutes late results in cancellation without refund or credit transfer.
- A 24-hour notice is required to transfer your picnic to another available date with no additional fee.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are nonrefundable, and food or beverage inconvenience fees may apply.
- Reservation times can be changed if the requested time remains available.
Decor, Amenities, Food & Beverage
- All decor and amenities provided by The Taylored Picnic Co. must remain at the picnic site.
- Guest counts may decrease but not increase beyond the number confirmed during reservation.
- The company is currently not accepting parties larger than 6 guests.
- If the guest count decreases, please provide notice within 24 hours of your reservation.
- Park settings may affect package selections based on venue restrictions.
- Any leftover food or beverage after your reservation belongs to you.
- Please discuss allergies or food restrictions when reserving so accommodations can be planned.
